Warranty

All of our products are covered by a five (5) year warranty. Some products may have a longer warranty. The warranty only applies to defects in the construction of the product resulting in reduced durability or stability. The warranty does not cover incidental or consequential defects or damages or regular wear and tear. The warranty does not cover accidental damage, fading or staining.

If you product is damaged upon receipt, you must contact us within 7 days of order receipt. After 7 days, we may consider damages to be consequential of usage.

All claims are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Depending on the nature of the claim, replacement parts and accessories may require delivery at the customer's expense.
